Hogging is never-ending!

A lane turned into an 'open-air' restaurant, creativity of a 'fish head' restaurant owner.

People have always been very resourceful when it comes to this. A common scene, right?

For those who frequent this part of Taman Segar, frustration seems too mild a word !

Now we are  learning about Reuse, Recycle, & Reproduce?
